Purpose and legal basis:
Our processing of your personal information takes place on the basis that Ornestation Mors ApS is employed to perform a task for you.

Categories of personal information:
In connection with the processing of your inquiry, we have received information from you with your name, address, e-mail, telephone number. cvr.nr., CHR.nr.

The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the balance of interests rule and Ornestation Mors ApS's legitimate interest in the processing and storage of your personal data takes place as a result of us having to fulfill a contract for you, and we therefore do not obtain your consent to processing you for this purpose.

To whom do we forward your information?
We do not basically forward any information that contains personal information about you. In very rare cases, an invoice may contain a name and such an invoice may be sent to our auditor by random sampling, who protects you by being an independent data controller and thus complying with the Personal Data Ordinance.

How long do we store personal information about you?
As a general rule, we store personal information for 5 years after a contract has been finally terminated, which is the deadline by which Ornestation Mors ApS may risk being met with requirements in connection with the fulfillment of the contract.

Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency:
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. You will find the Data Inspectorate's contact information at www.datatilsynet.dk

Your rights and access to appeal:
Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us. You can best do this by e-mail to: johnny@ornestationmors.dk or by regular mail to the office.

Right to view information (right of access):
You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information.

Right to rectification (correction):
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to delete:
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general general deletion occurs.

Right to limitation of treatment:
In certain cases, you have the right to have your personal data processed restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process information - other than storage - with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

Right to object:
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data.

Right to transmit information (data portability):
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format and to have your personal information transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.

We do not use personal information about you for automatic decisions, including profiling.
