Terms of Sale and Delivery for Webshop in connection Sales articles

These terms of sale and delivery apply only to goods advertised and ordered on www.Ornestationmors.dk. In the case of purchases in other ways, the rules of the Purchase Act are immediately applicable.

1. Make a purchase at Ornestationmors.dk
• Find the item or items you want to buy and put them in the shopping cart.
• Select “My Cart” and “Go to order”.
• Ordering method: Here you can choose to act as "Guest" or "Create a private account" with us. If you are a business customer, you must contact Ornestation Mors by telephone to be set up as a business customer.
• Ordering address: Fill in your information and select “Continue”
• Form of Delivery: Fill in and select “Continue”
• Form of payment: Dankort and Mobile Pay can be paid. Select "Continue"
• Accept order: Check all information is correct and see our Terms and Conditions. Select "Place order" and you will be sent to the payment.
• You will then receive an order confirmation email, after which your goods will be shipped and we will receive your payment.

2. Prices

The price of an item is indicated next to the item on the website. The price is quoted incl. VAT. It is the price of the product at the time of purchase that the customer must pay.

3. Payment

At Ornestation Mors E-shop, the following payment / credit cards can be used as payment methods: Dankort and Mobile Pay.
The payment transaction takes place via a secure encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. The payment amount is deducted at the earliest on the payment / credit card when the goods are shipped from Ornestation's Mother's E-shop.

Items purchased in Ornestation Mors E-shop cannot be paid via Netbank.

When the customer pays with a debit card, the customer is insured against abuse without deductible, as payment is made via SSL. Furthermore, in case of abuse, a customer may require the card issuer (of a debit card issued in Denmark) / payment provider to return a payment to the customer's payment card account. Regarding other liability and liability rules, reference is made to the Act on certain means of payment, among other things.

4. Delivery

Ornestation Mors E-shop determines the method of shipment / transport, which may be relevant for porous goods and / or porous product packaging.

All orders placed on stock weekdays before 3pm (Friday before 11am) will normally be shipped the same day, except weekends.

The customer will receive the package normally within 1-3 business days.

We reserve the right to make partial delivery in connection with backorder. As a customer, you do not have to pay extra in shipping for partial delivery of backorder. The risk of the goods passes to you when you receive the goods.

Items marked "Skaffevarer" are delivered directly from Ornestation Mors's suppliers. For such purchases, Ornestation Mors E-shop cannot provide delivery times. Delivery to Bornholm cannot be made directly from Ornestation Mors's supplier. Ornestation Mors E-shop reserves the right to allow the physical conditions at and at the delivery location to enable delivery as provided.

Delivery takes place throughout Denmark, except for non-bridged islands, Greenland and the Faroe Islands, but including Bornholm.

Delivery to non-bridged islands can be made by separate agreement.

5. Shipping costs

In addition to the price of the goods, the customer must pay for the shipment / transport of the goods to the address provided by the customer. The prices for shipping are currently DKK 60, - incl. VAT.
For purchases over 1.875,- incl. VAT we deliver your order free of charge.

6. Personal Information

Ornestation Mors also refers to Ornestation Mor's Cookie and Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice to customers, which can be viewed at Ornestationmors.dk​

7. Right of cancellation for the consumer

You as a consumer have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop at Ornestationmors.dk. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item and you must, before the expiry of the deadline, have the right of withdrawal applied to Ornestation Mors E-shop and have shipped the item to Ornestation Mors E-shop.

​The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is unused and in the original packaging, which must be essentially undamaged, and a printout of the receipt and/or invoice to Orne-stations Mors E-shop is attached. The item must NOT have been in a stable environment. Ornestation Mors will refund the purchase amount to the credit card account from which payment was made. You must pay the postage/freight in connection with the return.​

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or invoice together with the item you wish to return. Please note, we do not receive packages sent by mail. COD.

The following goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or which have a distinct personal touch. Eg. clothing with your touch.
- Delivery of goods which are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly. Therefore, it cannot be returned eg. feed products that have been opened.
- Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

8. Right of complaint to the consumer

When you shop at www.Ornestationmors.dk as a consumer, you have a 24-month notice period. This means that if there is a legitimate and timely complaint regarding a product purchased in Ornestation Mors E-shop, Ornestation Mors undertakes one of the following, however still respecting the mandatory rules in force at all times, as a result of Danish purchasing law:

- change the item,

- gives a price reduction,

- gets the item repaired / repaired, or

- repay the purchase price.

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or invoice together with the item you wish to return. Please note, we do not receive packages sent by mail. COD.

Always remember to keep the receipt for yourself so that you can prove that the item has been sent to us.​

The customer must always advertise within “reasonable” time after the customer has discovered the defect.
If the customer complains within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Ornestation Mors E-shop must pay the postage / freight in connection with the shipment of a replaced or repaired / repaired item to the customer. The customer must pay the postage / freight in connection with Ornestation Mors E-shop's return of the goods to the customer if the customer's complaint was not justified or timely.

If the purchase price is to be repaid to the customer, the purchase price is transferred to the credit card account from which payment has been made.

9. Error Delivery

If Ornestation Mors E-shop has sent an incorrect item in relation to the customer's order, then Ornestation Mors E-shop will refund the postage / freight in connection with the customer's return of the incorrect item sent to Ornestation Mors E-shop by paying the amount to it credit card account from which payment has been made otherwise Ornestation Mors sends a return label to the customer via mail.

Should the customer not receive compensation deliveries, then the purchase price / postage and freight will be refunded upon payment of the amount to the credit card account from which payment was originally made.

10. Disclaimer

Ornestation Mors E-shop disclaims any responsibility for any typographical errors, prices and more, errors in illustrations / photos, system errors, sold-out items, goods in backorder, delivery times / delays, changes in exchange rates, customer error orders and force majeure.

​11. Inspection duty

The seller is obliged to inspect the goods adequately and within a reasonable time in the event that the purchased item is returned (for example as a result of cancellation, cancellation, etc.). Likewise, the seller must, when settling a possible depreciation, rejection of complaints, etc. could document the background for this assessment.

12. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the Seller's handling of a complaint or anything else, you must first try to resolve the dispute directly with the responsible Seller.

If this is not successful, you can bring the matter before Nævnenes Hus at www.naevneneshus.dk and then the Consumer Complaints Board or use the European Commission's online complaints portal ("ODR").

All disputes must be settled in accordance with Danish law.

If the case is brought before the courts, it must be decided at your place of residence, i.e. near where you live.​
