"Frying pans 20, 24 and 28 cm. 79Nord Hybrid is made of 3-ply stainless steel. The construction of two layers of steel with an aluminum layer in between means that the heat is distributed quickly and maintained evenly and energy-efficiently over both the bottom and sides, and at the same time the material is light. On the outside they are satin polished, on the inside they have an innovative hybrid coating. The hybrid coating is a combination of a raised pattern in stainless steel and a 2-layer ceramic coating, produced without PFAS. The raised pattern protects the coating on the bottom, and the ceramic top coating provides the non-stick effect. The hybrid coating is easy to clean, and all types of utensils can be used on the coating, but we recommend utensils made of wood, plastic or silicone. The inspiration for the pattern in the hybrid coating comes from the sea around the island of Mors, from rings in the water that spread quickly and unstoppably.
The handles and grips are made of cast steel. Please note that they can get very hot.
79Nord Hybrid products can be used on all heat sources, including induction. They can also be used in the oven, with a lid up to 200 °C, without a lid up to 260 °C. The products are suitable for washing in the dishwasher, and we recommend that they are also washed before first use.
