Elastic cord with rollers for castration fixture, to have in reserve when the old cord is worn out or if you lose the rollers.
If you have followed the instructions included with your castration fixture, the elastic cord will last a very long time. In the initial trials, approximately 10,000 pigs were treated on one cord without it wearing out. Do not tighten the cord more than necessary, the idea of the product is that the pig should not suffer any harm. If there are many small pigs, move the cord a hole or two down in the fixture and guide the elastic over the pig's rear end with the thumb of the hand operating the lock.
