Less serious conditions such as bullying, dissatisfaction with pay etc. must not be reported in this system, but must instead be reported through the normal channels.

It may be a good idea to follow the case, as the people who process the reviews may need to ask you clarifying questions in order to proceed with the investigation. You can also choose to be anonymous, but then you cannot follow the case.
